Manufactured from 5/32" mild steel plating and 2"x0.120" tubing this Bumper is completed in a two-stage finish using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade textured black powder coating for long-lasting durability.

As for connecting the LED wires:
1.No need special fuse or switch. The red wire is a live wire and the black wire is the neutral wire, you just need to use your stock wire to help connect.
2. You could splice and connect the small ones to the OEM fog light wires and the light bar to a dedicated line on your switch pod.
Installation. Everything you need to install this bumper is in the box. With bolt-on features, you don't have to worry about additional fabrication to make it work. Installation should only take about two hours and requires just some mechanical skill and hand tools.
